  Mujeres de Negro, treinta años desafiando el nacionalismo serbio La Red Internacional de Mujeres de Negro estamos muy preocupadas por las agresiones que nuestras compañeras de Serbia están sufriendo por parte de individuos y grupos de ultraderecha de su país, con total impunidad. Estos ataques se producen uno tras otro, sin que las autoridades serbias hagan nada para impedirlos ni penalizar a los culpables. En los últimos meses, no solo nuestras compañeras fueron las víctimas, también ha habido ataques a periodistas que ejercen su derecho a informar objetivamente, a activistas defensores de los Derechos Humanos y a la ciudadanía que se manifiesta en contra de estas agresiones. Consideramos que los hombres y mujeres que dedican su vida a defender los DDHH son piezas clave en la creación y mantenimiento de la democracia, a los que hay que proteger y agradecer su trabajo.   SUPPORT AND SOLIDARITY FOR THE WOMEN IN BLACK OF BELGRADE   The International Network of Women in Black is very worried about the assaults that our colleagues in Serbia are suffering, caused by individuals and ultraright wing groups of their country with total impunity. These attacks happen one after another without the Serbian authorities doing anything to impede them or penalize the guilty. In recent months, our companions were not the only victims but there have also been attacks on journalists exercising their right to provide objective information, on activists who are defenders of human rights, and the citizens who demonstrate against these aggressions. We feel that the men and women who dedicate their lives to defend human rights are key to the creation and maintaining of democracy, whom one must be protect and appreciate for their work.
